To keep your product looking it’s best we recommend machine washing at 30 degrees with non bio detergent and white vinegar as a softener and disinfectant. Using normal fabric softener reduces absorbency so should be avoided.
Allow towel to air dry naturally or tumble dry on low heat.

I accept returns of any non-personalised or non-customised items, as long at they are returned to me in their original, unused condition.
You must contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to inform me you wish to return all or part of it, and I must receive your items within 14 days after you have requested a return. You will be required to arrange and pay for return postage, and I strongly advise you select tracked and obtain proof of postage. You must contact me before returning an item.
If you have requested a custom item or a personalised item I cannot accept this back unless faulty.
